General Policy Information

Dress Code

All children must wear rubber boots. Velcro outdoor shoes may be worn when the weather is dry. Open toe and lace up shoes are not allowed.

All children swim and ride most days. Be sure to pack swim suit and towel everyday. We will no longer be providing suits and towels to those who forget them.

Tuition

Tuition is due by the first class day of each month; if your payment in not in by 10th of the month please include a $40 late fee.

We require a deposit of one month's tuition when you enroll your child. We require a 30 day notice of departure and use the deposit for the payment that month. We do not refund your deposit. A $40 registration fee is due with every new application

We base our tuition on a 10 month period with 10 equal payments. Some months are shorter and some are longer so we divide them equally. We are unable to adjust tuition due to sickness or vacation.

Daily Duties

Please remember to mark your payment in the payment book every month.

Please sign your child in and out every day.

Please look at the bulletin board every day for important messages.
