Tuition is due by the 1st day of each month. There is a $50 late fee for payments received past the 10th of the month. We require a deposit of one month's tuition when you enroll your child along with a one time $40 registration fee. We ask for a 30-day notice of departure and use your deposit for the final 30 days in attendance. We do not refund your deposit. Year round students make equal payments monthly, based on current tuition fees. Children attending September-June pay in 10 equal installments. We are unable to adjust tuition due to sickness or vacation. (see tuition page for current rates)
Daily duties for parents: Read our posted notices. Sign your child in and out every day. Mark your payment in the payment book each month.
Staff: HCM maintains certified Montessori instructors, professional riding and swimming teachers, and specialists for art, music and language. Everyone on staff is required to receive ongoing training for their Montessori education, and continue all required Washington State certified courses and emergency preparedness training.
We will be happy to pass on to our families, useful information that you can incorporate into your every day lives.
Student Progress Reports: We keep an ongoing record of your child's progress. If necessary, we will meet at your request or if we have a concern. Our annual Parent / Teacher conferences are held in February.
