**When the public schools close, we are not open for our half day program.*The half-day program at HCM follows the public school schedule. The half-day program does not have class @ HCM if there is a non-contract day or a vacation day at the public school. We do hold class when there is half-day early dismissal at the public school.

**If you enroll for our half day program, you are enrolled for 10 months, September through June. You pay 10 equal payments. Some months are shorter and some months are longer. Your deposit can be used for June’s tuition but you must pay for May. You may not give notice for the month of May and expect to use your deposit for that month. You will be charged for May if you do. We are unable to enroll students for one month and make up for the losses.

************************************************************ Snow days, sick days and vacation days: We do not make up days that are lost due to these circumstances. Your tuition will remain the same.
If Bainbridge schools close due to snow or emergencies, we will also be closed. If the public schools open late, we will open on time.

Summer Camp and fall enrollment will be the first week of Feb. All students will need to pay a $100 deposit (This will be subtracted from July’s tuition) to hold a spot open for the summer. Students not currently enrolled will need to pay a one month deposit for registration. These deposits are non refundable after April 15th. We were full for summer by February in 2008.
