Hazel Creek remains prepared for any emergencies.

Our staff has up to date training and we maintain the necessary on site supplies.

 

HCM answers the phone (206-780-1928) between the hours of 6:30 am and 6:30 pm. (Unless we are unable due to our involvement with the children.)

 

You may also call Janice's cell phone for any emergencies at 206-265-1598. Ollie can be reached on his cell phone at 206-669-7296.

 

If you can not reach us on an in-state phone line due to a national emergency, you may contact Janice's sister, Bonnie Cook, in Montana at 406-622-3295.

 

Please keep a paper copy of our Emergency Preparedness Packet on hand. If you do not have a copy, get one from Janice ASAP or read the information from below.
